Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Weekend/holiday orders ship the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Economy: 5–8 business days • Standard: 3–5 business days • Expedited: 1–3 business days.

Free Shipping

  • Free standard shipping on all orders $50+ to the contiguous U.S. (excludes oversize items and freight).

Where We Ship

  • All U.S. states excluding AK/HI/PR.

  • No items can ship to PO boxes.

Tracking

  • Tracking is emailed when your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for scans to appear.

Heavy / Oversized & Freight

  • Wheels, tires, and large items may ship LTL freight. Delivery is curbside; the carrier may call to schedule.

  • Inspect before signing. 

    • DO NOT SIGN for any delivery that have been damaged by a truck freight carrier. Take pictures of the damage to the items and refuse the delivery. Contact us with 24 hours.

Multiple Packages

  • Orders may arrive in separate boxes with separate tracking numbers.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

  • Addresses can’t be changed after dispatch.

  • Items returned to us by the carrier if the recipient refuses delivery or due to  incorrect/undeliverable addresses will be charged up to a 30% restocking fee.

  • If marked delivered but not received, check with neighbors and the carrier, then contact us within 3 business days.

Lost/Damaged

  • Fedex, UPS and USPS, report loss or damage within 24 hours and keep all packaging.

  • Requests accepted before shipment by emailing sales@gladiatorauto.com. See our Return Policy for post‑delivery options.
